Neva is a character in UFO Epsilon.
Neva works for the “Extraterrestrial Relations Bureau” (or ERB) of Earth. His main job is to keep the peace between the inhabitants of Earth and the nearby Lacrosian colony, as well as enforce any regulations in place. He comes off as rather cold and stern when on the job, but in truth he is just rather reserved and aloof. He takes his job very seriously and believes it’s important but there are times when the demands made of him seem unreasonable, causing him to hesitate before following orders.
