Here is a list of my projects! I call them “projects” for lack of a better term. Most are stories that I want to tell, but each story has a different medium that I feel suits it best. Nothing is complete, and may never be complete. But that’s ok, I just enjoy making things.

Genesys

Caleb is a young guy who moves to the big city of Los Dios. Due to a bit of luck, he ends up as part of a friend group consisting of both androids and humans of various backgrounds.

I have plans to make this into a visual novel, with each person in the friend group being a different route in the game. Alongside that is a deeper story, depending on who’s path you choose to go down.

UFO Epsilon

Sera is something of a freelance journalist, traveling from planet to planet freely in what I like to call a “space RV.” During one visit to her home on Earth, she accidentally gets mixed up in the activities of an alien government seeking Dash, a mostly unassuming teen.

This sits right as a webcomic or graphic novel to me. It’s hard to imagine it as anything else.

The Legendary Demon Sword Balzedoch

Jason is a young half human, half demon who wakes up in a mysterious dungeon with no memories. He’s rescued by Karael, an energetic angel who wants to help him find his way home, and Balzedoch, a talking sword that they stumble upon while attempting their escape.

I originally came up with this idea wanting to make a turn-based RPG, a sort of love-letter to the JRPGs of old I used to play.

Fragmented

Lucas is a mysterious person who woke up with no memories – only a small bag of supplies, a strange letter, and a tiny fairy who’s only interested in eating sweets. After getting picked up by the sky pirate crew of The Extravagant, he makes the decision that he will focus on moving forward and put his unknown past behind him. However, that’s not so easy when ghosts from his past continuously try to haunt him.

This is another visual novel project I’d like to pursue one day…

Brightvade

Depending on who you ask, “Brightvade” has a different meaning. It could be enlightenment, true happiness, the afterlife…

Nearly five hundred years ago, a religious cult felt the silence of the gods was unjust, and that bringing a god to the physical plane would grant mankind endless prosperity. Their ritual ended in disaster and they were cursed with immortality. Other religious sects and governments hunted down the immortals not only to bring them to justice, but to enslave them. Ethis still suffers the consequences of a corrupted goddess unwillingly chained to the physical plane.

Right now, this project is sort of divided into three different sequential stories. Originally I was writing it as novels, but I’m indecisive if it would make better graphic novels or games. Or even something different for each story!
